Got questions? We’ve got answers. At VIP Indoor Storage, we understand the importance of keeping our clients informed. We have compiled a list of answers to previously asked questions in order to enhance your experience with us. If you can’t find the answer you were looking for, please get in touch and we will be happy to provide you with any missing information.
ARE YOU OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY?
Well, yes and no. Clients will have access to our secure courtyard 24/7 365. The Indoor Storage Area is open during normal business hours. You can call ahead and schedule a pickup and we will have your craft outside and waiting for you.
HOW DO I SCHEDULE A PICK UP?
We like to have at least 2 hours notice before your pickup time, however we understand that is not always possible and would be happy to acommadate to your schedule as best as we can. All you have to do is call us at 901-861-9916.
COULD I HAVE PARTS SHIPPED TO YOU?
Absolutely! We would be happy to hold parts for you. Just email us to let us know.
CAN I HAVE WORK DONE TO MY CRAFT WHILE IN STORAGE?
Yes, as long as you call ahead and let us know we would be happy to show the tech to your craft.
